Whenever you encounter a technical problem, we can take care of it for you – either through one of our four modular Subscription plan options or on a
Pay-As-You-Go (per incident) basis.

Our modular Subscription plan options are as follows:

Micro– targeting start-up and very small businesses. We recognise that such businesses require special care in the early stages and have therefore developed a dedicated Micro Support Service.

Mini – targeting a typical small business unit offering a basic level of preventative maintenance and 8-hour response

Midi – targeting medium-sized organisations offering enhanced preventative maintenance and 4-hour response

Mega – targeting the larger corporate organisation with the highest level of preventative maintenance and 2-hour response

Additional service features can be added to any plan to tailor our support to meet your individual needs.
